Obi Stormed Eagles Square and Demands that Nigeria be Built for Future Generations

In support of organized labor on the occasion of Workers Day in 2023, Mr. Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate, stormed Eagles Square in Abuja.

Mr. Obi stated, “I am here on a solidarity visit,” in his message of kindness. We are all employees and all leaders. We are all employees. I appreciate what you are doing, Mr. President. Today’s focus is socioeconomic fairness and workers’ rights.

“When you discuss it, we discuss justice for all. Nigerians should be able to proclaim with pride that they are citizens of the nation we are creating. a nation where people won’t have to struggle to leave their homes. a nation where workers will be employed and report feeling content.

And for that reason, we claim that we wish to shift the nation’s focus from consumption to production. You should keep doing what you’re doing, in my opinion. We must raise our children in this nation since we don’t have any other countries.

His message of friendliness was quickly followed by the chorus “Obi, Obi, Obi, Obi” from the workers.

Remember that the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC), the two labor organizations that founded and registered the Labour Party under which Mr. Obi ran for president, are registered trustee members of the party.
