Job Opening: Relationship Manager.
A Microfinance Bank on the Island (Lekki Phase1) is urgently sourcing for a Relationship Manager to identify possible sales opportunities and generate new business for the Bank.
Monthly Gross: N150,000 – N220,000
Other Benefits: HMO, Pensions, 13months and performance bonus.
Location: Lekki Phase 1.
Responsibilities:
– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals.
– Achieve a healthy portfolio and deposit mix.
– Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer engagement and service delivery.
– Understanding and Selling of Bank’s products and services.
Requirements:
– BSc or HND in a related discipline.
– Minimum of four (4) years cognate industry experience and 2 years of which should be at a supervisory level.
