DO NOT SNOOZE YOUR ALARM

One of the first things you need to do every morning to have a better day is resist the urge to snooze your alarm! I understand how it can be really difficult especially if your previous day was stressful. The alarm was fixed for a reason. It is also said that when you get up early, you prepare for things early. Waking up just few minutes before you go to work might look like fun just so you enjoy a short time added to your sleep but, your day might just end up being very disorganized.

DRINK WATER

The next thing we have on our list of things to do in the morning is drink water. Water is very important. In fact, without water, one would not be able to survive in life. Drinking water early in the morning is very helpful as it would help detoxify your body system. I recommend that you do this before you do any other thing that morning.
